The Beer Factory began operations in the Western Sydney suburb of Seven Hills in 2006. This brew-on-premise beer brewing business was founded by husband and wife team, Stuart and Fran Boag. (Yes, there is a distant connection to that other Tasmanian brewery! And they both enjoy a beer.)
Stuart brought to the business over eight years experience with one of Australia’s largest breweries but decided to take his passion and vision for beer and brewing and step out on his own. Supported by Fran, The Beer Factory Seven Hills was established and has slowly been opening the eyes and palettes of beer drinker’s to the wonderful opportunity brew-on-premise can provide.
