History

Tasting notes
This is a brilliant stout, with plenty of malt character. Low to moderate levels of carbonation with huge roasted, chocolate and burnt malt flavours. Suggestions of dark fruit and flavors of higher alcohols are quite evident. Strong hop characters add a rounded complexity – yet incredibly easy to drink and savour.

Matching
Try with chocolate cake or rich fruit cake.
